I agreed that they must have been good pr because the new polls released today on Hardball gave GW a 60% Fav. rating. Meanwhile Bills pardon seems to have generated negative PR as his newly released favorable ratings have plummeted to 42% At that rate within a month Bill will have lower favorable ratings than any ex-president in our country's history. And it is those ratings which determine somewhat a presidents place in history.
