i will be using profit stops as ppi days usually reverse, but the fact that this is 3 day long weekend, greenspan has to be out of the game, and sentiment has shifted again, we will probably overdue on the selloff, but i dont know where we will stop, but if 2450 area doesnt hold (not likely) we will probably be setting new lows , 2385 is next key number, and if that doesnt hold, who knows? there will be some minor rallies today, but i think the short side is good most of the day, the first wave down wont be the last wave down,imo
if you are bull and think 2400 area will hold, may want to enter stocks by selling naked puts, give yourself a little downside protection
this is going to get real ugly, now what can change the sentiment back with greenspan on the sideline?
