Rydex Total Assets Update for Friday, February 16th 2001 (late):

Regular Series:

SPX Long - NOVA 391.5 Million
SPX Short- URSA 225.4 Million

NDX Long - OTC 1,714 BILLION
NDX Short- Arktos 71.1 Million

XAU Precious Metals 33.3 Million
Banking 79.2 Million
Biotechnology 409 Million
Money Market 1,287 BILLION

*******************************************
Dynamic Series (200% correlation)

SPX Long - TITAN 63.1 Million
SPX Short- TEMPEST 29.3 Million

NDX Long - VELOCITY 147.4 Million
NDX Short- VENTURE 27.0 Million

*********************************************

They are still getting it wrong. DAMN. This is late, and impertinent again. More persistent calls dead ahead.

Money Market should close above 1.4 billion after close today if we finish weak. Long funds signal near capitulation. The market should head back north by Thursday close.

Best Regards, J.T.
