The 10-year bond rallied strongly this morning despite those inflation numbers. Plunging NAZ more than offsetting bad PPI numbers.

When I see the price of McDonald's value meals go higher, or their 2 bigmacs/quarter pounders for 2 bucks promotion stop running, then we may have inflation. Until then, I don't see it. Oil inventories are rising faster than predicted. Soon that money will rotate out of those issues.
