Metal...

I'd agree on "averaging in" - widely gapping entries vs. jumping in with both feet - but with one caveat; into tech's that still do not have "bubbleonian" valuation multiples - ADCT with no debt & a Billion in cash & a PE of 10-12 is one.

I just think that "greenspan" saw a "ghost" and I think I know what it is... and we get a MOABO before it's over.

I'd love to go fully invested with at least a 40-50% tech portfolio weighting and into margin on that type of a tech opp - when we see CSCO JNPR CIEN with PE's of 25-30; then it's no-brainer time...

I just prefer to be short some selected stocks here, keep lots of cash - still playing my Gold Stocks and trading oil - allthough as of this second - I own not one penny of Oilpatch stocks - all sold.

I was hoping for a 5-7% OSX pop and then would short it; but that isn't happening - I still think we might rollover to OSX 115 and if more economic news keeps coming & pointing to the downside - I may sit on the sidelines in Oils - as an OSX 80 type of mid-cycle bottom test into the face of a recission/no recession market tsunami is not a place to try to be a hero imho.

60% Gold/PM stocks, 20% Cash, 20% short tech & "WATCHING" & "WAITING" on everything else.

May short 3-4 OSX stocks here shortly - not a buyer in Oils untill OSX 115-122ish & then ONLY if the smoke clears in the broad market.
