XL and NTRS watch list plays triggered long at the get go, DPMI (watch list short), waited for the small recovery to reverse itself before going short. We are now in a consolidation of DPMI

marketgems.com
marketgems.com XL was an earnings play and we noticed last night the revving up of upside momentum in NTRS after a 4 week consolidation.. NTRS broke out today and is now having a 200 and 20 day moving average breakout on the daily chart.

Careful gemmers, don't buy highs of the day because they buck the trend.. I've noticed that some buys were posted at the beginning of moves to the downside. So any decisions of entry.. put in a buy stop or you will end up buying at the spike high.. and exiting when all the traders are getting out with their profits.. an alternative is to wait for any consolidation and put in a buy stop above the consolidation. We are daytrading here..or buying on exact pivot points from chart patterns.. which is how we picked up APWR from today's watch list..or news driven stocks like WEBM after an upgrade. WEBM was nice in the morning and we posted the upgrade, but did not follow up on the move to upside until it was already near short zone, and at 11:40 it was a short play at 64 ish..to the 20 period moving average.. some traders are shorting WEBM again if it violates the double bottom at 62 1/2, otherwise its a no play or a long opportunity if it cracks above 63 1/2 on RECOVERING MARKET INTERNALS. We are in the doldrums, gemmers, don't just buy, but check to see if volume patterns support your decision. and is also confirmed by support/resistance areas of penetration.
