<China/Domoco have the money as does ATT(from domoco). As for CDMA upgrade its cheaper then 3G and increases capacity 3X so in a pinch SPRINT/VZ will go 1xrt. I do agee that 3G in Europe is going to be pushed off. However The wireless biz will have solid(not spac growth). >

I disagree with China having money... as Heinz has chronicled in the past the financial system there makes Japan look like the Bismark. I don't know why you would say ATT wireless has the money, IMO they do not have the money to change over to CDMA... and certainly would have a very tough time borrowing it in this market. Sprint is in the drivers seat with there CDMA network but unfortunately for equipment sellers for them to upgrade to 1x is very cheap, no ones going to make any big coin off that except QCOM from the 'device' royalties.
