There are actually a number of them -- depends on how specific you want to be

I see IYG was mentioned, there is also XLF (includes more than just banks I think) Go to the AMEX and PHLX and look at their sector funds

here's one for regional banks:

-- there are probably some mufus, too you can short

I have had trouble borrowing shares for XLF and for IYG ... you could just assemble your own by picking 3 - 5 names -- that's probably be diverse enough

XLF is a possibility, it's financials, so includes brokers. It also is optionable.
