BWAC, RE: Growth will slow. It has to. It might slow to 16% or less.

And you're paying almost 30x next year's earnings for that 16% growth. And note that DELL will be hard pressed to have net income growth keep up with revenue growth.

nbwac, i wasn't buying dell at $50 and $60 so you are asking the wrong person. ;-)

my point is simple... valuations depend on growth rates in a rational market. the trend is down, down, down. msft is in the mid single digits. dell is headed there.

have you priced dell and msft at a 10 pe?

what if the implosion continues past mid single digits?
