All of 40 shares. You'll be happy to know that even if AMZN drops to nuthin' my investment in them will have been net profitable -- thanks to slight encouragement from my brother, I sold a third of my shares at 186 (93 after the last split), which is very close to the high. The proceeds helped a bit with the cost of the car which replaced a Ford POS. So I have a decent, fuel-efficient car now.

The part that counts is you made money. That is very important. Now what kind of car did you get? <G>

As for Amazon, they have enough customers so the ball is in their court -- they can still become the Walmart of the web, in due time.

I am not going to debate this. It is over for them.
