BWAC, RE: Because they will cut cost, they will get leaner, and I think that plus a few other factors will translate into better than 16% earnings growth.

As an industry commoditizes, margins decline. Thus far, DELL's margins have declined with slowing sales growth, which tend to support that general statement.

There is little evidence to support the statement that DELL's margins will all of a sudden reverse their trend and go up again without a reacceleration in revenue growth. DELL's efficiency provides little room to cut costs.

One thing in your favor, though, is that if you're right, the stock is bound to go up.
