john...ot ot ot...."age of fiber optics" guess the reality has converged with the dreams......look at global crossing....laying fiber anywhere they can....hopefully they can survive the losses of infrastructure build out until the utilization appears...difficult to get dsl, let alone high speed fiber in most populated areas.... guess most of the world isn't enamored with the thought of a palm pilot or blackberry to have instant e-mail capabilities.....we are at a temporary saturation point for most technology....it will grow, but at a slower pace, not so bad..... investment wise, opportunity unfolding....i'm a buyer of certain issues.....providing they are value/growth...even dell is attractive for an investment that will return better then money market......isn't that why stocks were bought in what seems like a distant past???? things change, but they remain the same.....remember when any company ending in "x" was hot....as in xerox!!!! yes, john........"who would have thunk" good luck ed a.
