It's not just these moron entertainers that misuse their fame. I'd give Gates and Buffet a B.S. award too. There are idiot savants in all endeavors that, because they do one thing well, think God gave them some special insight into how the country should be run. I say to all of them, go back to your offices, write your little programs, do your little deals, sing your little songs and shut the hell up. I sort of long for the old days when artists kept a lower profile when it came to their political views.
