I agree 100%. The bull market has made heroes of management when anyone with an MBA could have done just as well. These guys, who pay themselves huge packages, including cheap or free options will be eliminated as more and more shareholders get disgusted. (See, e.g. NT today.)

No reason anyone should get millions when performance is pisspoor.

I'd like to see sites like this unite shareholders to do something and point out well managed companies where management gets a nice package for good performance. (I think Eisner started the trend of taking advantage in this area and was followed exponentially until it reached the dot.bombs).
