This (the monthly Nasdaq Composite) is what I'm referring to. The "Line of Death" is the uptrend line connecting the 1990, '94 and '98 monthly closing lows. As you can see we're getting kinda close to it now.

One other important and frequently overlooked point seen on this chart is the RSI. Notice how its only now getting below 50 (for the first time in 10 years). See how long it was above 70, however? The Nasdaq is overpriced, overowned...but not oversold on a longer time frame.
