I was talking to a close friend in California on Tuesday ... he owns all tech stocks (including a bunch of SUNW) and is 90% invested (and adding to his positions) ... he suggested that I might have to lower my already too, too, too low target prices on those targets I posted here.

Since I wanted him to continue to be a friend, I did not ask him the obvious, "Then why are you 90% invested?"
