Here is the quote at question:

"As far as ....." does not imply all of the fabs but the once that are listed. :-)) I never thought that I would end up translating Enlish here <gggg>

ps BTW you can read the complete report that you liked on amd thread and it is not optimistic (to say at least) about intel in near term
