Greg, Buy low and sell high! People will buy anything and everything when they are on sale "EXCEPT STOCKS"! looking out over 6 to 9 months and longer people will be kicking themselves for not buying at these levels! Is this the bottom? I doubt it, but looking back over my last 30 years in the market I have never picked the bottom or the top. Spread your investment over a wide range of companies and add to the ones that are out of favor at the time. Hank P.S.-STEI should come out of their troubles and SRV should make it also!
