Despite poor outlook over next two quarters, several chip stocks look like bargains and chip stocks may be starting to recover -- they are quite resilient to NASDAQ "down" days (relatively speaking) and several analysts from smaller, independent firms are starting to recommend purchase.

Any thoughts on: ADI, ELNT, PRIA, MSCC, CYMI, NVLS. These are among the "value" chip stocks that have caught my eye.

Too soon to buy or is this the right time to nibble?
