ITouch Layoff Greg, I have been waiting to hear something on the thread about the layoff that occurred about two weeks ago at ITouch but no one has mentioned anything. So, I guess I will. I haven't been able to get numbers but from what I heard, the cutback was substantial. I also heard that the personnel were split into three groups. One group is ITouch, the other CES, and the third is yet unnamed. Do you think this is part of the combining of resources to reach the 75% ownership for two years that is required for a tax free distribution of any spinoffs? Since it was only two weeks ago, I would assume it would not be reflected in the results to be announced tonight. Is that valid? Last, but not least, although the layoff is clearly a sign of poor sales, do you think the reduction will be announced tonight and, if so, how do you think it will be perceived?
