Tim........Re..Actually my list is no 100% complete because he could also take the 5th but that might force him to resign.<<<<< It would depend upon what the trial is for; but unless whether he used drugs in the past is essential to the trial, I believe taking the fifth wouldn't hurt GW very much. Why? The people didn't care during the election and probably care even less now; as long as there is no evidence of current drug usage. The people don't know and probably won't want to know, unless there is a pressing need to know.
