Always a tradeoff. I'd like to see people get paid to
have themselves sterilized.

It's been a couple of decades since I've had the equipment to produce offspring. While my surgery was medically necessary, I found so much side benefit in it that I would recommend for those for whom it is not medically necessary. I'd bet there would be plenty of women who would take that option if they were only compensated for the cost of the surgery.
