Mike:

Have you had a chance to listen to the IMNX cc? I just read the annual report. Investing in new drugs (i.e. higher R&D) but with $3 / share in cash and being profitable I'm surprised it broke $30. I see it just stopped a trial.

I'm just starting researching why the stock is dropping so much. Is AHP still selling shares? I have an old order out @ $25 which I'll leave for a trade at least (remember I lowered my buy point from $32 a while back). Plenty of support @ 25 from June and a lot of congestion between 16.5 and $25 from last year. I'd expect a bounce from $25 at least.

I still like this one for the long haul. I can't believe we have a biotech making money (just under 30 cents last year, 9 cents in the quarter) $3 / share in cash (appx $1.7B, so no risk of funding pressure) can make 2 cents / qtr on investments alone trading @ $27. still means I'm a product of this bubble its trailing pe is 97

Do you know what this years forecast is?

Thanks.

Tim

IMNX

Mike here is why its been road kill

siliconinvestor.com

Actually sounds like its setting up a good buying opportunity this year. Capicity constrained and once the RI production facility is completed it will need FDA approval. Since the drug is a block buster 2002 should be a great year even with spending plans.

I may only trade it now and rebuy in August - October time frame.

Tim

,he didn't do that much....the genome project would have been accomplished without him just fine. he's a showman.

that makes sense, I guess that he's the single most visable person associated with the genome project.
Hence, his name pops up as a figurehead.

I think you're onto a very reasonable idea about buying a few of these tech stocks and writing the leap calls.

I mentioned a CMRC idea like that to you and Tom back in late Dec I think.
