DoCoMo recently did a secondary in Japan to raise the approximate $9 billion they are paying for a 20% stake in AWE. So that buildout should be funded. But I agree with you that in general the carriers will be starved for capital. What Nextel will have to do I cannot imagine.

Anybody with CNBS... what is Dick "Another bottom call" Arms saying? Did they at least ask him why this call is better than the previous N calls?
