he doesn't NEED to hype government bonds - they do the hyping all by themselves, i.e. they have been the best performing asset class over the past year. Gross' opinion on stocks stands out, because his is a lone voice of reason on WS. meaning he is not part of the trendy consensus, which tends to be wrong most of the time. you can lament the imagined one-sidedness of the bears as much as you want...we've been RIGHT. since you claim to have an 8-year horizon, well, get ready for a decade of equity underperformance... regarding CSCO, we had an exchange in which i tried to prove to you that CSCO's growth would stop. you vehemently disputed that prediction. it HAS now stopped.
