I believe you are saying that the torture of a human being in Central America, or elsewhere, (for example, with hot irons, electrodes on the genitals, repeated near-drownings, gang rapes, hanging by the wrists with arms behind the back, thirst, torturing the prisoners' loved ones so they can hear their screams....) is no more hideous and evil-- no "worse" -- than the taking of RU486 by a woman who chooses not to have a child, perhaps that of one of her sixteen rapists? Have I understood your thinking correctly here?

(I would appreciate your restricting your reply to very early abortion, eg RU486, as a starting point for establishing where our disagreement ends. We are in some agreement about late abortions, and in complete agreement about any procedure that causes pain to a fetus.)
