lynn....if you would have asked me that a few months back, i would agree....today i believe that when the market moves forward convincingly and with confirmation....the lower pe/value/growth techs will lead....it won't happen instantly, there will be more then ample time to move from cash or defensive issues to the new leaders...

the loss of confidence is by the individual investor...the market moves by the institutional investor, whose sole purpose is to invest...much monies on the sidelines, new employer contributions coming in.....at some point providing interest rates continue a decline by at least 100+ basis points over the next few months the equity markets will be the only place for monies to flow....

markets tend to look beyond the current moment, presently the view is not clear...yesterday it appeared bright, but clouds of warnings rolled in....soon all the bad economic news will be digested.....market will eventually go up...always has and always will...times of upward movement much greater then downward periods......natural ebb and flow, all in life is cyclical...
