kas, Seagate is selling a commodity with slim margins and a need to constantly improve price/performance because of competition. You are right--not a good investment. It's a monkies game.

NTAP assembles such commodities and slaps its filer, NetCache and WebManage on for 60% margins. A Royalty or a Gorilla game.
