What are your favorite planes? Which one do you dive from 20,000 ft. in? What do you aim at? The landing field, etc? For fighters, I like the P51 and the Yak9U. You can climb high .....haul rockets over to the enemy......i aim at the end of the runway where the planes are parked.....or where they enter the game. These are faster planes and I haven't climbed to 20,000 cause i didn't feel the need to. Just recently though I hvae been doin bombing runs....with the heavy bombers. I tried the B17....too big......and it takes forever to get to altitude......it does pack a punch though. Then i tried the SU TU-2......carries less bombs.....is quicker though.....gets to altitude faster. Once you get to altitude 20,000(put on oxygen at 10-12,000, or your vision starts to fade), line up with your target(I always target airfields and try to line right up with runway), you have to line up at least 4 or 5 squares(on the map view)out, because the bombardier target view is looking that far ahead at 20,000ft. I use the red part of the crosshairs for aiming. The buildings, fuel tanks, anti-aircraft, etc targets you hit, give you points as well as planes. They add up fast on bombings. Whats after Captain? Lt Col?...then Col...then Maj....then Gen.? Those are the ones i spotted in FA. Good luck!
