Most scientists date the earliest forms of written language to 3500BC to 3000BC. Writing originated in Babylon (now Iraq) Damn. Its almost like in business. I dont think Iraqis can even read anymore, at least not till the dust from all that bombing settles down. The first companies to come out with Personal Computers all went out of business. They were ALTAIR (1975) Intel 8080 based system out of New Mexico; Southwest technical products (1976) Motorola 6502 based system; IMSAI (1976) 8080 based system, Computerland chain of stores (1977) formerly Computer Shack till they got sued by Radio shack and of course APPLE came along and took over market share. Then along comes IBM and IBM compatibles and APPLE gets left in the dust.
