And one huge mess may well be comin' right up. Art Samberg in Barron's, a tech bull since I can remember, said he sees a washout in the Naz this year taking it to 1900. We'll see. Another point about "gorillas": they've made for some dandy put plays over past several months, haven't they? I hate to say it, because it has been said so many times, but they really were the new nifty 50 weren't they? And all of us can now see why A.G. can't just cut interest rates a few times and make it all better. Overcapacity, competition, price wars, levered balance sheets, it's coming home to roost.
