Ken,

Thats what I was using to base the entry point of 13. I figured if you were going to buy at that price then I should be able to get the calls cheaper than what they were at. At the time the stock was around 13.5 and the calls were around 1.5. I put an order in at 1.25 and it filled once the drop under 13 happened. Trying to estimate the value of an option can be tricky. If it fills the gap in 2-3 days I know I will be happy. Is that considered a long term hold these days? LOL.

As a note I am looking at CHK. They report on Tuesday and if they are like all the other NG producers they will sell off. Did the same thing at the last earnings release and then recovered after that. Look at the action on XTO this week. Maybe an entry around 9 if they sell off?
