And they are going to continue to live under the threat of blackouts, until the federal judge gets fed up and removes the injunction forcing the power companies to "sell" their power for no payment. Then they will have blackouts out the wazoo!

Have read numerous articles saying that conservation efforts are basically ineffective. People STILL believe it's a big conspiracy.

What really interests me is how the government feels it is entitled to the transmission system as compensation for paying for the power the state already used. These are pretty much the same clowns who created the mess so I guess it's really not so surprising.
