Thanks WS
You are right.
And V.V. is still saying buy stocks with strong earnings in the right sectors!!!!!! DiLido (the mathematician who runs it) does not believe the selling will go on (but he does say it is not time to buy beaten up tech stocks yet).
Since I'm following it, I better follow it, but I admit to being nervous and on days like Friday terrified.
V.V. specializes in low priced stocks that over and over seem to become high priced ones if you wait a few months.
I like that, I can buy a lot of shares.

Snip --

"Until there is a bullish reversal pattern or some sideways movement, support cannot be confirmed. A look at the Full Stochastic Oscillator (20,5,5) shows a negative divergence followed by a decline below 80. This key momentum indicator is now below 50 and has yet to reach oversold levels. The PPO recently moved below its 9-day EMA and into negative territory. Until either one or both of these momentum indicators reverse course, the path of least resistance is down."
