I think we have narrowed the gap sufficiently to come to a peaceable conclusion. I may underestimate the liberal Democratic role in deregulation, I would have to do more research. You acknowledge that Republicans were bigger tax cutters than Democrats. We both acknowledge that a case can be made to calm the fear of deficits, even if it is usually made by liberals, and even if you are more worried about them more than I am. Not bad, especially for this board.....
