rjm2, have you ever voiced your oppinion about VALH directly to VALH's management? You would help us a lot more if you would talk directly to them rather than posting on the VALH thread. I hope that you will have a chance to talk to them next week. Once you talk to VALH's management, I would be interested in what you told them and what their reply was. TIA Scoobey
