Joel: The only reason you get those credit card offers is because they have heard about the up-coming Rent-a-ledge IPO and they know you will be a hugely wealthy entrepreneur as CEO of this enterprise. (g) On the other hand, just try and get "qualified" for those cards. They will toss your application into the waste basket in a nanosecond when they catch the address of your cardboard box.
