Wolf:

If your only going to nibble on 1 I would pick JDSU over NT. NT has more problems than most people think. If you need to nibble on 2 in the space maybe look @ GLW. I like GLW over JDSU and I like JDSU.

Wolf -- I remember when you were looking at JDSU. and there was a lot of upside left at that time --- before the bubble started leaking a little. You had a good call, and we could have all picked up a few bucks -- espectially if we could learn to be as nimble as C.B...
As for BoW: First, I FEEL like a charter member <gg>... Second, JDSU should be a candidate -- at some point. What's JDSU "really" worth. My first cut offering would be: JDSU is worth next year's earnings X it's growth rate. Two weeks ago that would have been something like $1.20 X 45, or a price of, say, 54. This week, that might be only 49. NEXT week might be, oh, 2 13/64 <g>. All seriousness aside, at next year's "sure thing" earnings of about $.90, and the expected growth rate something around 35 (or more, of course). That would put a price on JDSU, with this system, of about $32. Surprise! -- guess where it's trading?.... Are we willing to commit the next time the chart turns?..... perhaps, but there might be other relatively decent bargains competing by then.
Still, it's a thought..

Wolf,

Weeeeel, JDSU down to 30+ now, EMC 39 1/2 after hours, BRCD around 35, SUNW ~19, QLGC ~34......not to mention some of the lesser ones shivering on the soft shoulder, much too afraid to cross the road.

We'll get them all, eventually.......heheheh.......>:]
