Scumbria Re..War has to be declared by the Congress, in order to prevent some bonehead President coming along and trying avenge a family problem.<<<<<<< Scumbria please note that I said If it indeed was a war, as you claim, then any citizen of this country should back the president, until it is substantiated that it indeed was stupid. <<<<<<<< Ted claimed it was an act of war, or that GW had started a war, not I. By stating "if it indeed, as you claim" I thought I had conveyed my doubt as to that part of his rant.
