buddy. my power was out for 4 days. 2 feet of snow. last week. P.G. and E's 'Otis Operondi was to turn the power back on...test it. Then turn it back of... Total hallucination here....but that happens...EVERYTIME...the power goes off....I understand how one area could probably short out ...another area......but i'm sorry......they've got a silly Utility tree service bunch......that 'propagates' themselves out as a (freakin') County service...They go around like MuTT and Jeff....They've got the SNOW plow dudes sweeping the same street like 10 times a day in the middle of the night racking up that overtime like a HUNKA burnin' love....It's amazing...they've got Water dudes....that drive around with a FLASHING STROBE light ....to turn off the water...after they've sent you 15 memos telling you that they are driving their tractor across the street....I'm sorry man...but this government stuff is OUTA' HAND....
