Les: This particular article makes me feel good about my research. If you go back a few months, you will find a number of posts (on the MB thread, I believe) in which I noted much of what is stated in this article (and I didn't have access to RMBS' internal notes, etc). I have maintained all along that the evidence strongly suggests that Rambus was taking advantage of its involvement in the JEDEC meetings. We came to this conclusion after examining some of the available patent material. The stock could have a nasty hiccup on Tuesday. Glad I have it in the portfolio. (g) Best, Earlie
