Robert O - Virtually every time a company announces a shortfall, several lawsuits are filed by law firms that apparently exist for no other reason. Often, these firms announce class action suits against six or seven different companies at one time. What does that tell you? I believe it's just a reflection of the litigious mindset in our country today. The chances of any company taking a meaningful hit to the bottom line from one of these suits are slim. - Allen
