As for my present location, I grew up in a rural area, will inherit a farm myself when my mother dies, and I'm quite confident that estate taxes won't come into play on the 650 acres that my brother and I will inherit...

At that time would you deed me 1/3 of it? I know I don't have any claim to it, but by your own admission, you don't either. So I want part of it.
