I think we're pretty close to the bottom now. There's blood in the streets. Everybody is bailing on the entire tech sector. 1.0% Fed rate cuts in the last 45 days, and more to come. CSCO PEG ~0.8 for the first time that I can remember. T/A indicates we're very oversold in the short term. I suspect there is probably 10-20% more downside risk versus 50-80% upside potential in the next 6-12 months. JMHO.
