Carl, thankyou for the good info. IMO things are getting worse for RMBS. If any major bad news comes out, I think this stock could fall 50% or more. JMHO that is. Watch out for falling knives. M.

Actually, the truth is that I'm only one guy, and I remember the 10% number (or very high royalties) from this thread, where it has been repeatedly mentioned, and I'm laughing at how paranoid you are. Okay, so you invested in a DA stock, what are you gonna do, blame me? Why don't you look back through this thread and find the links where people said that lawsuit losers were going to have to pay extremely high royalties? Sliding away from the 10% number, are you? "Very high", is that now what I should search for. I already searched the board and could find no reference to the 10% number. Paranoid? I wouldn't call it that. I measure someone's statements based on their credibility and motivation. You've never established your bona fides beyond the fact that you are obviously very technical (and, of course, The Lie didn't help your credibility much). So am I paranoid? No, just trying to figure out where you're coming from so I can put your comments in the correct perspective. I don't believe you made up the 10% number as you did your "rumor", but since only the Micron attorneys and Rambus seem to have heard that before, how did you get it? So far,no one's come to your aid, though it is Saturday, and I'm sure some of the cubs will show up soon. As for investing in a DA stock, I'm still up a little over 300% from 11/1/99 when I decided to start trading RMBS (and that's roughly what it's up even if I didn't trade it <G>). I'm happy with it -- not too many stocks are in that situation today. I understand that you're trying to change the subject, which is generally the first sign that someone can't defend their position. Again, if I'm proven wrong, I'll be happy to apologize to you for suspecting you of close ties to the Micron legal eagles (if that's something that should be apologized for). If you can't defend your statement, okay. We'll see if anyone comes to help you. Dave
