The Second Amendment is part of the Bill of Rights by definition. So, it is as sacred as the rest of the first 10 Amendments (Bill of Rights).

And thus, it is an individual right, not a state right as the black booted nazi helmetted feds would like you to believe...

Why don't you move to England?

The second amendment of the constitution as literally interpreted is as obsolete as buggy whips and the chapter's in the bible proclaiming women as inferior.

Please show me (in context) what chapter's (sic) in the Bible proclaim women as inferior.

regards,
cAPSLOCK

Dear Mr. Four Eagle, It is precisely because of thinking like this <<The second amendment of the constitution as literally interpreted is as obsolete >> that we have a constitution. It keeps correctness du jour in check. Anytime somebody like you advocates messing with the constitution to promote a new agenda the constitution earns its keep. We remember why the Supreme Court sometimes makes decisions that we don't like. It's the very lifeblood of this nation, and don't you forget it.
