Sounds like they are hiring the Microsoft attorneys with the "innovation" angle. Maybe Microsoft was a little lame but Rambus' excuses seems a whole lot lamer...

milo, that Rambus response does not legitimize (sp?) or advertise the EB story. Very clever to do it that way. Rambus is hoping none of the big news organizations will pick up the story.
