Ten,

A few years back I found a perfect 3500 sq. ft house on 5.5 acres with 700 ft of frontage on a fishing creek, in the middle of a neighborhood of Intel execs in Olympia, for $250,000. That is a good reason for Dupont to be where it is.

<Intel acquisitions, I get bothered by the company they choose to buy...they always want to buy cheap and they get what they paid for.>

I think Kash mentioned this about a year ago. He thinks Intel would do a lot better by merging with a few big players instead of snatching up a lot of little guys. I don't know; I feel Intel needs several more years before most of the acquisitions start to prove themselves

Ten,

The question is if these companies' products are not state of the art at the time they are acquired, why is a few more years "to prove themselves" going to make a difference?
