Joe, re:Intel thermal monitor/protection of P4, Interesting stuff. I looked at the latest P4 datasheet and it doesn't reflect the 1.75 volts yet. But I never noticed that half speed stuff when the temp starts getting high. Betcha it doesn't go back to full speed until you reset, which could make for some benchmarking disasters.
