T,

50,000 Itanium systems vs. a handful of Sledgehammer simulators.

Where can I buy one of those 50,000 Itaniums? Where can I buy Windows to run on them?

Why does it take 50,000 pilot CPUs to get Itanium to take off anyway?

Joe

Ten,

It seems pretty obvious that 64 bit x86 is a better idea than some bonehead new architecture. Intel should have understood this better than anyone.
